Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data (email address, password hash), your alert preferences (keywords, countries, streams), subscription status from our payment providers, and standard technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and debugging. The datasets we serve contain public government records about organizations, not private individuals.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: deliver the alerts you configured, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Email and Telegram

We send transactional email (verification, password reset, billing) and the alert emails you asked for. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link; Telegram delivery stops when you block the bot or disable it in your panel.

4. Processors

We use a small set of processors to run the Service: hosting infrastructure, email delivery, Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/security) and payment providers (e.g. Polar) who handle card data — card details never touch our servers.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference value for theme. No cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal compliance.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time: [email protected]. EU/EEA users have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
