Refund Policy

1. Free tier first

Try before you pay: the free tier exists so you can evaluate data coverage and delivery quality before subscribing.

2. 14-day refund window

If a paid subscription does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the first charge of a new subscription and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if the Service was not materially used in the new period. Cancel anytime to prevent future renewals — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] from your account address with "Refund" in the subject. We reply within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds for abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-export-refund cycles) and for periods with substantial API usage. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
