Terms of Service

1. The service
GMPSignal aggregates and organizes public FDA enforcement data and delivers alerts, digests and database access ("the Service"). The underlying records are public government data; we add collection, structuring, matching and delivery.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You may not resell raw bulk exports of the Service as a competing product, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. API usage is subject to the plan's rate and quota limits.
3. Plans and billing
Free and paid subscription tiers are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment providers. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
4. Data accuracy — important
We work to keep the data timely and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Records originate from third-party public sources that may contain errors, delays or omissions. The Service is an intelligence tool, not legal, regulatory or bidding advice; always verify against the official source linked on each record before acting.
5. Intellectual property
Underlying public records remain public. Our compilation, structure, summaries, software and branding are our property. You may quote and link with attribution.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost bids, lost profits or regulatory outcomes.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
